By using our site “Miastral.com” you indicate that you accept and agree these terms of use and sales. These terms and conditions (“Purchase Terms & Conditions”) apply to your purchase of products and services, and any other terms stated in the relationship between the customer identified in the Sales and Service Agreement as (the "Subscriber") and Miastral.com identified in the Sales and Service Agreement as (“The Operator or We”).


Any doubt or complain regarding these Conditions and/or Miastral.com Online Store shall be submitted  on the “Contact” section in our site or by sending an e-mail to info@miastral.com

Shall only purchase products that:


- Are available for sale

-  Aimed whether for your own use or other recipient of the product. Miastral.com reserves the right to reject any request to your exclusive selection (for example, when you consider that said requested product could be thereafter sold on any unauthorized distribution channels other than Miastral.com).


Details of about the products available for purchase (including their price) are specified in the shop at Miastral.com. Miastral.com takes all necessary and reasonable measures to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of products listed on the Online Shop are correct. While we will try by all means to keep the Online Store as updated as possible, the information specified in a given time may not always reflect the exact situation when you place an order.


Payment Conditions. We offer certain products available for visitors and members of Miastral.com. If you order any product, you agree with the purchase conditions and product requests; agree to pay the full price of any purchase you make, either in USD by Paypal, or by other means acceptable as bank deposit in Argentine Peso.


Payments can be made with Paypal, Mercado Pago (Only Argentina) or bank transfer (only for Exclusives Access subscriptions).


By paying Exclusive Access with Paypal, the subscriber will be purchasing a subscription, this means that Paypal will make charges automatically, so it will be a recurring payment (monthly, six-monthly or annually) with a prior authorization of the subscriber.


Miastral.com is not responsible for automatically charges for Exclusive Access because said payments are authorized by the buyer at the moment of subscribing. Unsubscribing from the Exclusive Access will be responsibility of the buyer and it shall be done by/on Paypal’s website one day (or two) before the date of the Regular Recurring Payment, therefore if buyer doesn’t unsubscribe Miastral.com is not taking any responsibility for Paypal automatic charges.


To notify any inconvenience or complain with the payment gateway, buyer must initially contact us by e-mail to info@miastral.com. No refunds are accepted once the product has been downloaded or you have logged in to the Exclusive Access.


Conditions of Use: By subscribing or purchasing any product, you are automatically in knowledge and agreement with the previous description of the content of the product or service you are purchasing, therefore, we can't accept any liability or responsibility for refunds if we confirm that buyer logged in to the Exclusive Access or downloaded the product.


Limited license: Users have access to Miastral.com from computers or any other device. The use of the services we offer on or through our website, is personal, no commercial, so it is prohibited to share or broadcast its information, including passwords. If we verify that your personal access information or products are being shared, Miastral.com could take legal action and preserve the right of admission.


Miastral.com may reject, in its sole discretion, order processing, or not being able to proceed with such processing, in the following cases, without limitation:


  • When the distributor of your credit card does not authorize payment of the purchase price
  • When not meet the criteria for ordering specified at the beginning of this section.


Damaged or defective products and incorrect deliveries:

It may (i) change its products, or (ii) a full refund if the products are damaged order or are defective when received, or if the products received are not the ones originally requested

The return of your money is made in the same payment method you used to place the order. The estimated time for your refund is 3 to 5 working days (please note that depending on your bank this period may be longer) since we have received the items you returned.

General Dispositions:

Miastral.com reserves the right to:

  • Modify or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, the service provided by Miastral.com or any part thereof with or without notice. Miastral.com is not to be liable to you or other third parties against such modification or cancellation.
  • If Miastral.com changes the Terms and Conditions and/or Terms of Sale and you continue to use the service provided Miastral.com (or any part thereof) following such change(s), it shall be deemed that you have agreed to that change. You will be responsible for verifying the conditions regularly to determine whether there has been any change. If you disagree with any changes to the Terms and Conditions, you must immediately stop using the service Mistral.com


Any dispute relating to these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved in the courts of the place where your home is located.
